RenewableUK to offer four lucky winners the flight of a lifetime

"Come fly with me" goes the classic song to a"bar in old Bombay" or even "down to Acapulco Bay". But wouldn't it be just as thrilling to fly - over London Array? After all, it is the world's biggest offshore wind farm in construction with the gigantic MPI "Adventure", jack up barge "Sea Worker" and a host of other vessels working on the 175 wind turbines due to go up in Phase 1.

So we are setting aside the "one man band in lama-land" planning to "toot his flute for you" and giving four lucky winners the opportunity to see this magnificent project at the height of construction.

You can enter the competition at www.GlobalOffshoreWind.com just follow this link. It promises to be an unforgettable experience, with the helicopter taking off from a helipad in or near London and flying due east to London Array, passing Gunfleet Sands and Greater Gabbard to the left, and then flying by Kentish Flats on the way back.

The competition is organised by RenewableUK ahead of the Global Offshore Wind 2012. The event, at London's ExCeL arena, is this year's biggest offshore conference and exhibition in the world, drawing together 300 exhibitors and 5,000 delegates from the 13th to the 14th of June. It is a great opportunity to be right at the heart of the global offshore sector, within a 50 mile radius of the region's thriving offshore wind farms and 15 minutes from the City of London, where the Round 3 financing deals are being hammered out.

The closing date for the competition is 27 April 2012.

Delegates registering for Global Offshore Wind 2012 automatically receive multiple entries. Full terms and conditions are available at the event website.

So come fly to London and RenewableUK Global Offshore Wind 2012!
